What is the course going to teach you?
It will start the process of challenging those self doubts, this is something that does require practice and its quite hard to do on your own with no support!

Identify areas of your life that are currently suffering due to low confidence
Recognise what opportunities we might be consciously and unconsciously rejecting
Challenge the incorrect and negative thoughts that your brain creates as an excuse not to take those opportunities
Start with specific and achievable actions to show yourself that your are able and can cope in these new situations or events
Join people who all feel the same way you do, in a safe and comfortable environment (your own home)
Thank yourself for taking the first steps to a more confident you.

This 6 Week Course is now open to book and reserve your place - Next intake starts 21st April and runs every Thursday for 6 weeks 7.00 - 8.00pm.

The course is completely online and live, links to the course will be sent to you along with information on how to join and what to bring to each session. Sessions will also be recorded and sent out after each has ended to watch back or catch-up if missed. I look forward to seeing you and helping to support you to get a happier, calmer and more confident you.
