Solutions focused hypnotherapy is a short term, fast therapy which can support you with many issues. NICE recommends hypnosis for IBS, but there is growing research and evidence of the effectiveness of hypnotherapy for anxiety, trauma, phobias, public speaking, sports performance, menopause, PMS/PMDD amongst other things.
I specialise in a few areas, meaning I have taken additional training courses and have more experience working with these issues.
These are the main packages I provide, however you are welcome to contact me to discuss whether I would be a suitable therapist if you don't see what you ae looking for.
I also offer 90 min sessions which are ideal for more specific issues, we can cover a lot over 90 mins and so its great if you just need some coaching or problem solving around a specific goal or outcome.
