During sessions, you'll experience 'trance'—a deeply relaxing state that allows you to focus on the positive aspects of your life and move forward with clarity and confidence.

How do the sessions work?

Sessions are an hour long and depending on the goal will follow a very similar format. Trance is roughly 25 mins at the end of the session, you will feel very relaxed afterwards but perfectly able to continue with all activities.

Sessions can be face to face in Stamford, Lincolnshire or alternatively online via Zoom.

I see many clients online and it is just as effective and exactly the same content and format as a face to face session. Some clients prefer this for various reasons but mainly the convenience of being in your home.
